I have to say this, the company does take their work very seriously. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning with Tostem being a new brand in the market. But the presentation that their sales team gave was very informative and insightful. It’s only after the demonstration I realised that there’s actually a lot more to a window than just the aesthetics. They explained in a very easy simple manner as to how and why a window has to perform against the weather. Till now my experience has been really great with them. The local channel partners were also very well equipped, skilled and they knew what they were doing. Everything from the start to finish was taken care by them and they also suggested what best window designs would go well with specific areas of the house. Really glad with the experience.
